The client’s brief to create both a large family home and a retirement house for the future informed the relationship between the internal spaces on the ground and first floors.
House Leventis is a smart home that is designed with passive energy-saving systems and equipped with solar and water harvesting technologies that enable the house to be almost entirely off-grid.
