The Clear Choice Builders Headquarters is situated on the north-eastern outskirts of Pretoria on the slopes of the Bronberge mountains.
The administrative building is the first of the development and sits alongside a low-lying dam – at the foothills of the slopes above. The building is anchored by a triple-volume box that is punctured by a large glass wing that seems to fly through the mass of the anchoring box.
The large glass wing is an engineering feat and is supported by an integrated Vierendeel truss and an extra-deep reinforced concrete beam that bears the 25m span. The top of the large box hosts a rooftop entertainment space that offers boundless views of the highveld beyond.
